Added the bald "hairstyle", and swapped a few of the weird hairstyles out for less weird ones.
CD in Mouth removed from Old Coin Exchange. Alternatives coming very soon for some builds.
Grand Cross now procs HP leech effects.
Added many new costumes.
Changes to The Sign quest: - NPC Arian now doesn't delete/take the other requirements if they are in the inventory. - NPC Sir Jore is now available 24/7. - The random warp is not random, always goes to the prt_maze02 option. - Removed failure rate on brewing of Vigorgra. - Removed waiting and failure to forge Sobbing Starlight. - Removed wait times in creating The Sign Accessory. - Increased chance to get Ancient_Translator from NPC Frank. - Reduced Seal failure rate.
Chain Combo and Tiger Fist now do 2x more damage if using a Knuckle class weapon.
Holy Cross now does 2x more damage with 2h spears (renewal functionality).
Fourth Job Suits can now be worn by pre-trans classes.

Added level 99/70 announcement and OCA reward for hitting 99/70. The NPC also tracks the first to reach 99/70 and they will receive a costume of their choice.
Removed Linker NPC. Increased link skill duration to 350 seconds.
Updated some socket enchantment prices (golden mace increased, infiltrator increased, executioner decreased, etc).
Benevolent Guardian is now crafted via quest and Shrine Maiden Hat is now dropped by bio3 HP MVP.

Ammo no longer requires its corresponding weapon to be equipped first.
Pay to access dungeons added. Unlock dungeons (geffenia, bio labs, cursed abbey when released, etc) for your entire master account by completing the access quest on any character or by paying zeny at the warper (but receive no quest rewards).
